After placing the order, we will fulfill it within 48h. After the items have been fulfilled, please allow:

• 2-4 business days to UK
• 5-7 business days to Europe
• 5-15 business days to US
• Around 15 business days to the other international countries

In rare cases, the whole shipping process can take as long as 30 business days, and if that happens to you, please contact us and we'll gladly refund you 10% of your whole order. Please understand that we do not have any control over the shipping carrier but we always take responsibility for it.
